Application form for rabies-antibody testing in dogs and cats for import

 

In cooperation with the University of Gießen we offer the detection of rabies antibodies
in serum. Please download the special submission form we have attached in a pdf file.
We need this paper sent back to our lab together with the serum sample of the dog.
Please take into account a duration of approximately one week for the test to be carried out.
